Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service that allows you to borrow physical books, articles, book chapters, and other items that are not held by Old Westbury Library. This service is available for faculty, staff, and students possessing a valid Old Westbury ID.
ILLiad is the service used to request, view, and renew ILL materials.

Resource Sharing is a service that allows you to borrow physical books from another SUNY library. Requesting books is done in our Library Catalog.

While searching for a book, if we do not own it and another SUNY library does, the catalog will prompt you as seen below. After submitting the request, an email will be sent to you once the book is ready for you to pick up at the circulation desk.
