ILL services for borrowing both online and print resources have resumed.
Due to possible mail delays as well as processing delays from our lending libraries and safety steps we have implemented to protect library staff, your ILL borrowed print materials will likely not be available for you to pick up until 1-2 weeks.
Place a Hold and Schedule a Pick-Up
You can place a hold on books and DVDs while the OW library is closed from the library catalog. If the item is not readily available in our collection, submit an interlibrary loan request.
Before you place a hold on an item, make sure you are signed into the catalog (yellow ribbon will ask for sign-in). Once your request has been successfully placed, you’ll receive an email notification when your item is on hold along with a link to schedule a pickup. Click the link to schedule an appointment to pick up your items from the OW library circulation desk.
When your interlibrary loan items have arrived at the library, you will receive the same schedule a pick-up link to make an appointment to retrieve your items.
