The library's scanner has a zoom feature that allows us to enlarge microform images/text for viewing. Our ILL staff can make electronic copies (pdf) from our microform / circulating collections. Use interlibrary loan to submit such a request. Articles requested through this service are normally emailed to the requestor's email address within 1 to 2 days. Please email the library director for additional information.
A reference librarian is available during most hours the library is open. You may contact a reference librarian in person, by phone, by email, and through our chat service. See our reference librarian page for details.

If you need help retrieving library materials, you may request assistance at the Main Desk. If you anticipate needing help with retrieving and reviewing a number of items, please contact the library director before your visit.
Study rooms are available for students on a daily or semester basis. These spaces can help by reducing environmental distractions. The study rooms are wheelchair accessible. Appointments can be online and at the library's main desk.
The Office of Services for Students with Disabilities is located in NAB room 2064. This office is responsible for providing academic support services to students with disabilities. Personnel in this office can be contacted by calling 516-876-3009.
