During the vanguard phase, 5 schools will go through the entire migration process but not actually go live. This is just a test run to see how data migrates, how workflows change, etc. Buffalo State will not be a Vanguard.
Vanguards include UB, Albany, Oneonta, Brockport, and Potsdam.
